aka.ms/mfasetupin order to re-add the account to your Authenticator app? - Do you have any other authentication methods set? (i.e. phone number for text/call, email)
- Are there other users within your Azure AD tenant?
- Is this account associated with your Organization or is this a personal tenant?
Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!
