How to clean MS Store?

We use Company Portal and we have some apps published from MS Store for Business. Our customer requires to clean up MS store app offering, but keep it enabled (so I can't disable or remove it). Currently we see Store apps published in Store for Business in MS store as well as in Company Portal.

I already have;

  • enabled the setting to see only company apps in MS store
  • modified in all App settings in MSFB the setting "Private Store abailability" set to No One

Is this doable at all?
