Looking to create a Resource (Rooms and Equipment) Admin Role.

Hello and thank you for your time. I am looking to create an admin role that will allow users to just manage Resources. I am able to create a new management role and use "Mail Recipient Creation" as a parent, but when I try to create a resource mail[box it will not allow me to select a domain:

I am looking for the comandlet that I need to add to this Management Role Entry to allow users to select the domain, or if there is a better way to do this.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am sorry I have not been available for a few days. The whole purpose is to add this to a non admin account (if possible) to allow just the management of Resources. I work for a university, and we are experimenting with the possibility of giving department admins this ability without giving them much else. Eventually, this role will evolve to encompass more things.
