How can I access my Azure VM from a browser?

I would like to access my Azure VM from a browser, not RDP or Bastion. Not talking about the control panel, I want to see the VM's desktop in a browser window. Is this possible without deploying a Remote Desktop Web server and remote Desktop Gateway?
