How to connect Azure AD Connect

Question

I don't know for what reason I am not able to enable Azure AD Connect
Am trying to connect Azure AD to atlassian access through user provisioning and the administrator in azure portal. But am requested to be the administrator to enable Azure AD Connect

Thank you for reaching out to us. From the screenshot provided, clearly states guest users ( i see you have used gmail account to login ) don't have the privilege to enable sync.

Request you to login with the account having Global Administration Privileges and try the same steps.
