Issues with security sign in. Need to modify secondary contact email.

Having issues with accessing account security and need to update and modify secondary contact email as the secondary contact email account is no longer active. The sign in page says I can't access the account until April 20th.

"This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 4/20/2022 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code."

    You can ask the admin to reset the 2FA authentication method to use MS Authenticator app instead of using a mobile number because as per my personal experience cellular networks sometimes have trouble delivering SMS: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_o365admin-mso_password-mso_o365b/reset-2fa-for-office-365-account/caec62dc-3603-4a3d-9670-01b1ddc3e519
