I recently upgraded a Windows 8.1 with Bing DELL Inspiron 3646 to Windows 10. In This PC, Disk Management, and the powershell cmdlet Get-Disks, alongside the original 500gb Western Digital Hard Drive Disk that came with the computer, the computer lists a non-existent USB connected to it. Is there something I can do about this? Its named Generic-Multi-Card USB Device.

This will usually be a memory card reader within the body of the device. Not something that is plugged into an external USB port, but somewhere you can insert a memory card on the front or side of the main body.
