Microsoft 365 Developer Program, I've deleted the original sandbox, but I still can't use the domain

I had messed up the "sharepoint site settings" (Figure 1), but couldn't find the option to restore all settings to default, so out of OCD I tried to delete the original sandbox (I clicked on "Delete Profile" in the top right corner) and create a new one. ") and create a new one, but when creating it, I was prompted with "This domain name is taken."

I deleted my original sandbox by clicking "Delete Profile" in the upper right corner, but after I rejoined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, my domain name is still occupied

What should I do to remove the subscription on the left side of Figure 3?
