Teams "Installation has failed" for one user on Citrix

Good morning all...
So we have a single user who can't use teams, whenever they try, they get "Installation has failed" yet, this is a citrix install. All other Citrix users are fine, so we put it down to a profile issue.
We have reset his user profile, but the same issue occurs again each time.
I've asked to get the setup.log file, but its empty, so really stumped with this one.. any ideas???

I found a blog shows that you could ignore this error and sign in Teams client with no issue, could you check it to see if this installation process is the same as yours?

2022-04-05T08:11:51.867+00:00 There is no screenshot, apologies, however the error is literally a pop up box that says "Installation has failed" > and it won't go any further. it doesn't run and doesn't work.
the only thing I can think of is maybe to update Teams.

Is this the first time for this user to install Teams?
If there is no error message in Setup.log, you could also try to follow this link's steps to collect logs:

2022-04-12T11:04:39.237+00:00 Same error. No messages in setup.log and tried to collect logs, nothing.
Its a really odd error. We've done another profile reset to confirm there wasn't a rogue file, same error.
Not affecting any other users, and so we're just in no mans land with this one.
I've advised creating an entirely new user account for the person, but this isn't feasible apparently.
