Teams "Installation has failed" for one user on Citrix

Good morning all...
So we have a single user who can't use teams, whenever they try, they get "Installation has failed" yet, this is a citrix install. All other Citrix users are fine, so we put it down to a profile issue.
We have reset his user profile, but the same issue occurs again each time.
I've asked to get the setup.log file, but its empty, so really stumped with this one.. any ideas???
