Hello buddy, i don't know if you've already found the solution, but if you haven't, here it goes: Delete this file C:\Users\"change to your user name"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Report Builder\15.0.0.0\user.config . The report builder will open again and the file will be recreated. Hope it helps, greetings.
Report Builder wont start up.
I have installed SQL Server Express, and Reportbuilder (latest versions), but when i click on the startup menu reportbuilder, it doesnt start up.
For a bit the reportbuilder screen appears, but then closes again.
How do I get it to start?

Did you receive any error messages during this time? Please try reinstalling Report Builder, and if the issue is not resolved, please attach the error message as much as possible.
Also, try using Process Monitor to capture the information. Process Monitor is an advanced monitoring tool for Windows that shows real-time file system, Registry and process/thread activity. For more information, see: FIX REPORT BUILDER CRASHING ON LAUNCH!
