Microsoft Teams - remote Control disabled

Hi all,

I am new to Microsoft teams administration. need some advice on below please

While taking remote of external company via teams, request control says disabled or greyed out. From where i can remove this restriction please suggest

Please check if your admin turns on “Allow a participant to give or request control” as below:
