Translate results from Bing search API

I am a native Spanish speaker. When I make a query with the Bing Search API, sometimes I get results from websites in English. Since it is in JSON format, should I translate those results into Spanish? Isn't that against Microsoft's regulations?

As far as I know, there's no policy that prevents you from translating the JSON result to your desired language. Here are the terms of use for your reference. Furthermore, Bing Search API also has query parameters such as mkt that you can use to localize the results.
