Unable to get access for some website through microsoft browser

Hi, I am using the Microsoft browser from the last few weeks, and very happy with the results. But from the past few days I am unable to get access to some of the websites.
One of them is the packagesinsight. I am trying to access these website, but getting an error messages. I have tried to resolve the issue by rebooting my router, but the issues
are still there. Let me know how I can get out of these web access type issues.
