Navigate to Device Map

Question

At the moment we have implemented map as web page in our Customer Engagement environment. In this map user can see their current location and the destination. We use Field Service mobile app in Dynamics Customer Engagement to facilitate field technicians to manage their work through mobile. We need to facilitate field technicians to show directions and navigate through the roads live when they start journey. We are struggling to open device map or any live navigation based on these two locations. Are there any feasible way to load two locations to live map and show direction to them while travelling/driving. At least loading live map on browser is viable solution for us.

What devices are you targeting? To get the route out of Dynamics, you will need to ask Dynamics support but all browsers likely support the custom URL call. You can try building the appropriate URL using the following documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/articles/create-a-custom-map-url.

Note that this is not nav so you might want to launch the device map instead,
