Package Manager Console

Hi,
I have installed Visual studio 2017 one of my machine, it's fine but I can't able to use the package manger console in that it says this error - "Cannot load Windows PowerShell snap-in Microsoft.PowerShell.Diagnostics because of the following error: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." It's wired when i do the same installation process in the another machine it's works fine.
Let me know your thoughts on this, thanks!
