URL to alert not working

Dear all,
anyone having problems when receiving an email from SCOM containing the URL to the alert? I can only open it when I opened the SCOM web console before opening the link from the notification mail.

This would end in an IIS authorization error:

https://myManagementServer/MonitoringView/default.aspx?ViewType=AlertView&DisplayMode=Pivot&AlertId=5ad7eb8e-7b30-49e0-9362-ca1d3802caaf

But it works once I opened
https://myManagementServer/OperationsManager

Once navigated to the landing page the deep link works until iisreset (or probably timeout of session cookie).

    Hi,

    If my memory doesn't go wrong, it seems this is a known issue in the era of SCOM 2012 R2 and the fix is to apply the rollup. You may apply the rollup to see if it helps. The latest version of SCOM is: Update Rollup 2 for SCOM 2019 (build number: 10.19.10407.0)
