I reach the 20 iterations in a project and I want to create a new project based on the images and tags already defined with the portal.
I decided to use the import-export API. I followed the the instructions https://learn.microsoft.com/fr-fr/azure/cognitive-services/custom-vision-service/copy-move-projects.
All API responses were OK. The last API call /import returned "status":"Importing"
When I came back to the custom web portal, the new project was created but only 90 out of 995 images were imported and a 1/5 of the tags. 3 iterations were imported.
I tried 3 times and wait for an hour, but nothing seems to change; no more images or tags.
What is wrong ?
Is there a way to transfer easily images and tags to a new project and start iteration from 1 ?

@Laurent F Does the GetImageCount API also display a lower number of images in your project as seen in the portal?
Since you have tried import more than once and the required project data is not imported I think there could be an underlying issue with data. I think this issue needs to be reported via support with details of the source and target resources and the id returned with import operation. Since this data is confidential it can only be looked up by authorized support engineers when a support case is created from Azure portal. Do you have a support plan for your subscription? The image count API on the original project returns 915 (images).
The image count API on the copied project returns 90 (images).
I don't have any support plan, let me know what should I do.
