Not recognizing my Microsoft account for documents that I created under this account
I create a document while still logged in my Microsoft Account and save it. I go back to updated it and it says that I do not have permission to edit this workbook. So I have to then save it again (a different name &/or location). When I go to exit the document, I have to put my username in again (not my password). Please does someone have any idea on what to do. I have been on the phone with Microsoft and it was fixed for maybe an hour. It has to do with my profile some one.... I assume. During all of this I also had to switch computers so I do not believe the computer itself is the issue.
