Terminal Server Denying Remote Logon After IP changed

I have a legacy network that I inherited from a previous IT provider. It is 3 2008 R2 standalone session hosts that are accessed by DNS hostname. There is no broker or gateway. I recently changed the IP of these session hosts and moved them to a new subnet. 2 of them are fine, but one of them started to deny remote logons. RDP opens up and starts to log in, then it just says access is denied. I can sign in to the session host via the console though with no issues. I added the old IP back, and it is now allowing connections again from both IPs. I checked through the security logs and couldn't find anything denying the connection. Any help would be appreciated. (We are trying to get rid of these, but its still a few months till I can get them migrated)

Thanks
