Couldn't find the answer googling this issue so I'm posting this here hopefully someone could help. In our organization we have an Azure DevOps project on which test plans are defined. For some reasons my account has restricted access to test case options, I'm able to view existing test plans and related test cases, I can view execution history, mark outcome, run/edit test cases, view test result on test cases, but Azure DevOps won't let me assign a test case to a tester. The "Assign tester" option seems to be missing
Neither that I cannot create a new test plan as the "+ New Test Plan" link seem to ne missing:
My Azure DevOps account has admin privileges both at organization and project level, with all the Test Plans related permissions (Create test runs, Delete test runs, Manage test configurations, Manage test environments, View test runs), but yet cannot create test plan or assign existing test case to a tester.
The Azure DevOps doc indicates the following "To exercise the full range of test-related features, you must have been granted Basic + Test Plans access level or have one of the following subscriptions: - Visual Studio Enterprise - Visual Studio Test Professional - MSDN Platform. Users who have one of the above subscriptions can exercise all Test Plans features for no additional charge."
The access level associated to my Azure DevOps account is "Visual Studio Professional subscription", my question is does that gives access to the full test related feature or am I misisng something?
