I have a question regarding entities and cant seem to find examples or documentation for guidance. Can items in an entity have different attributes? For example I would want to know the number of gears on a bike but thread count on sheets. Im sure there is a way to do this but how would the product entity with categories and sub categories. Hope this forum is still monitored.

How would I track inner diameter of a bearing even though I wouldn't need inner diameter of any other product?
Is there a way to have specific attributes based on a category/sub category?
