    Hi @설서진 ,
What kind of Office plans are you using?
Please make sure you're using one of the following plans:
    1. Microsoft 365 Business Standard
    2. Microsoft 365 Apps for business
    3. Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
    4. Office 365 E3
    5. Office 365 E5
    6. Office 365 A3
    7. Office 365 A5

If you're using the correct plan, you should contact your administrator, in the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Settings- Org settings= Services tab- Select Office Scripts.
Make sure the feature: Let users automate their tasks in Excel on the web is turned on.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.

I think that you must use the Excel desktop application instead of Excel for web. Try selecting "Open in Desktop App" from the "Editing" button.

The Automate tab may not be available in your version of Excel. The Automate feature was introduced in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and is not available in earlier versions. If you are using an older version of Excel, you may not see the Automate tab.

In addition, the Automate tab may not be visible if you have not enabled the Developer tab in Excel. The Developer tab provides access to advanced features and tools for Excel, including the Automate feature. To enable the Developer tab, follow these steps:

    1. Click the File menu.
    2. Click Options.
    3. Select Customize Ribbon.
    4. In the right-side panel, check the box next to Developer.
    5. Click OK to save the changes.

The Developer tab should now be visible in the ribbon, and you should be able to access the Automate feature.
