i would like to ask about my email in microsoft office pro 2019, i already forget my email and also my password. Hoping for your fast response. Thank you

Hi @DEVEX - IT Department ,

Have you set up your account on the client?

If you have, is it an Outlook account?
As far as I know, if you set up your account on the client, it may create local ost data file, in this path: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Go to https://outlook.live.com, click on Sign in, enter your Outlook email account that you have found, and hit Next.
