I have users with E3 licenses that cannot view reports posted by a E3 user with a Power BI Pro account, to a Premium workspace. Is this by design? It was my understanding that users who have a E3 can view reports embedded in Teams and SharePoint if they are in Premium capacity published by a Power Bi Pro user (also E3). FYI I am not a tenant admin so I cannot access the Power BI Service settings page.
