Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed response.
I found this article which explained about auto-provisioning users into Azure AD but not sure if this is feasible with your scenario. Alternatively, you could try downloading a list of users list as a comma-separated value (CSV) file from google workspace then you can use any of the following methods to add multiple users at the same time in Azure AD:
- Use a spreadsheet to add people in bulk either from M365 portal or Azure AD portal.
- Automate adding accounts and assigning licenses. See Create user accounts with Microsoft 365 PowerShell. Choose this method if you're already familiar with using Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
Here is detailed migration guidance from Google workspace to Office 365 (which includes users, domain, email etc.., ) which you are refer them just for users migration part. Hope this helps.
