On one of my Form Recognizer projects, the model training is not working.
While searching for the origin of the problem, I was able to isolate a PDF.
It seems to meet the requirements of the service described at this url:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/form-recognizer/concept-model-overview#input-requirements
If I export this PDF via print with PDFCreator, the generated PDF no longer has a parsing problem.
The Form Recognizer interface doesn't show the details of the error in a fine way. Finding the problematic PDF, once the labeling is done, is a laborious operation: it would be easier to have the problematic PDF.
The detail of the error should be brought up: I don't understand why the source PDF is problematic.

Since we don't have a clear error message, it will be more helpful to check in the backend with a support engineer in secure environment. I would highly reccomend you to raise a support ticket for this issue, please let me know if you have no support plan, I am willing to enable you a free ticket for this.
