How to get support?

Question

I have been calling and going trough different menu's of Microsoft's service phonenumber in the Netherlands. After 10 attempts to reach a human being I'm getting a bit frustrated! How can I contact someone to cancel my Microsoft 365 Business subscription?

I can't reach my portal due to problems with the account name.
