Servicing stack update cannot install automatically on computers from WSUS Server

Question

Dear All,

Since I've installed the new WSUS Server on Windows 2019 Server, I have an issue with installting automatically 1 update (Servicing stack update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems) on all Windows 8.1 computers.

Indeed All other updates are downloaded and installed automatically following my GPO.

I can see that the specific update has been downloaded on computers but even if I click to Start Menu --> update and restart the computer, it doesn't work.
Look, the update is visible and if I click update and restart it doesn't install anything.

The problem is not wih the GPO because all other updates have been installed automatically.

The only way to install that update, is to open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update and click to install the uptdate manually as below.

Could you please help me to fix that issue or o understand what's wrong?

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

Please help to provide the KB number of the Service Stack Update in Windows 8.1. I should test it in my lab environment first.

Actually I have that issue each time Microsoft release that update.
So you can test with the latest one.

But you can see the update below.
