The Microsoft Ad Monetization platform was shut down on June 1st 2020.
There is:
1.) Vungle
They have introduced banner ads in the latest SDK, but they have nearly 0 fill rate and 0 eCPM whit banner ads.
Their interstitial video ads sometimes they give good eCPM, but most of the time I display interstitial video ads for nothing: $0.
2.) AdsJumbo
For banner ads eCPM is very low $0.01-0.02. But they have 100% fill rate.
For interstitial banner ads somehow I see much lower impression count then I should see. I'm testing it what can be wrong.
Still testing it, I havn't yet asked a payout.
3.) AdDeals
Interstitial video ads only. They have very low eCPM and fill rate.
4.) AdDuplex
For cross promotion
5.) IronSource
Interstitial video ads only. They have very low eCPM and fill rate. Currently they have 0 fill rate.
6.) Pubfinity
7.) VMAX
What is your experience with these ad networks?
As you can see currently there aren't any good advertising provider for UWP.
What other alternatives do we have for in-app advertising monetization on UWP?

With Vungle nuget SDK version 6.7.0 I receive a lot of Unhandled Exception of this error:
The given key was not present in the dictionary. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131577)
Do you have similar experience?
Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Currently, Ads questions are not supported now. You could discuss these third party platforms in their official forums.
Thank you.
I get this error still with the Vungle 6.8.0 nuget SDK.
