Cant wait to use .NET MAUI production release and does it also include blazor , kindly let us know the official release date .

MAUI is in preview and not yet covered on Q&A.
MAUI information is available on the MAUI repo at https://github.com/dotnet/maui

The MAUI roadmap is at https://github.com/dotnet/maui/wiki/Roadmap and includes links to status, what is being worked on for the upcoming releases, and when those are planned (Release Candidate this month April 2022 and General Availability later in Q2 2022)

The MAUI preview is currently available in the latest VS 2022 previews if you want to try it out. There are templates available for hosting Blazor Hybrid apps.
