Actually I have a main AD server with my domain example.com but now we are migrating to a new ERP and we don't need migrate all the users and contents to a new instance, finally both ERP will be working together for some months so, I need both AD working at same time. It's that posible? How?
Basically:
old WS 2008 as Domain controller of example.com (only old ERP will be connected)
new WS 2022 as Domain controller of example.com (new ERP and other apps will be linked)
As long as the two are isolated. Separate networks it should not be a problem.

Hi @Amauri Lopez ,
If I get this right you want to have two Domain Controllers (One WS 2008 and One WS 2022) in the same domain - example.com?
If this is the case, then I don't see any issuess with that. You need to ensure that your Domain Functional Level is set to 2008, which will allow you having a 2008 and 2022 DC:
Windows Server 2008 functional levels
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-ds/active-directory-functional-levels#windows-server-2008-functional-levels
this should actually be the case in your domain right now.
You need to promote the new server to a domain controller, example:
Promote this server to a Domain controller
https://www.serveracademy.com/promote-a-server-to-a-domain-controller/
In the guide there are proomoting the DC in a new forest, in your case you need to select "Add a domain controller to an existing forest" and enter your existing domain name.
I hope I could help you out with that.
