Various problems with Microsoft Teams

Hi

We have had a lot of problems with Teams in our organization.

For example, sometimes users are unable to join Teams meeting. It gets stuck at "Connecting..". At this kind of situation, user may be able to join the same meeting via other device, for example personal PC or mobile device or iPad.

Often user have problems with sound. They may not hear other participants suddenly in the middle of the meeting or their microphone may stop working in the middle of the meeting.

Also, when meeting organizator shares participants to breakout rooms and then, organizator joins to any breakout room, there is no sound..

Sometimes, when user ends meeting, user can still hear voice of those who stay to the meeting.

Sometimes, user can get in to the meeting but if user for some reason needs to end and try to rejoin the meeting, user can't rejoin.

There are several different kind of problems and we have tried everything. We have updated everything, drivers, OS, we have changed from Dell laptops to Lenovo laptops, still we are suffering periodically about these various kind of problems.

Does other organization also experience these kind of problems?? What can we do??

Do all these problems occur just intermittently? If this is the case, it might be quite hard and time-consuming to troubleshoot.

For example, sometimes users are unable to join Teams meeting. It gets stuck at "Connecting..". At this kind of situation, user may be able to join the same meeting via other device, for example personal PC or mobile device or iPad.

Does this affect all participants of the Teams meeting?
For "other device" that has no issue joining the meeting, is it in the same network as the problematic device?
Besides, when this occurs, it's suggested to try joining the meeting via Teams web client(teams.microsoft.com) and see how it goes.

For the last issue about rejoining a meeting, can it be reproduced with certain steps? And detailed error message when it happens?
