Function App Language Version changes

Question

Hello, I have multiple Function Apps created using Linux and Windows. However, I realised I am using old versions of Python, Java, PHP, Node and .NET

I figured out that its impossible to change the versions through portal.

Is there anyway to update the versions Python, Java, PHP, Node and .NET using CLI or Powershell or any other way? By this, I mean I need to change the versions after deployment of the function apps. I can't find anything to how to change versions of these languages after deployment of a function app.

If so, could you provide the commands for the same? It is quite urgent as I also have to provide remediation for a client and I'm clueless. Please help.
