SCCM - How to add time wait for uninstall command line?

Dear experts,

I'm running into exactly the same issue as reported here:
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a8a85481-9ffc-424c-ac03-1691280c3fe7/application-removal-successful-but-fails-according-to-software-center?forum=configmanagerapps

The marked answer explained well however, I have no idea how can I add the time wait into my uninstall command line? take wechat.exe for example, the uninstaller is named uninstall.exe and I used uninstall.exe /S for uninstallation. Do I need to create a .bat file in my network source folder where include one line with "timeout /t 30"?

Please help to be more specific how to delay the installer process, or the detection process? The issue persists and it always shows removal failed in software center even after the software has been uninstalled. (I believe the symptom is same as above reported issue and I verified in my ccm logs)

    What is the detection method used for the app?
    What does the error message show in software center ? does the error translates the detection method failed or something else?

    You dont have to add any wait time for the removal unless there is specific reason for it but in your case, it should be simple removal process.

    Thanks,

    @Eaven HUANG
    Thanks for your sharing on this forum.

    Please help to confirm the following questions to help me research further.

    The log was saying the uninstallation was done but it could still detect the presence.

    Please help to confirm whether the app are uninstalled on the control panel. In addition, please help to confirm whether the files of WeChat.exe have been removed.
