Estoy usando: Nombrer = DLookup("nombreCompletoLider", "CONSULTA LIDERES", "[DPILider] = " & DPISocioLider)

en donde CONSULTA LIDERES es una consulta.
me da el error (3075) falta de operador en "DPILider = "

Soy nuevo y no logro descifrar de que se trata.

Agradezco su ayuda.
