    The hardware requirements for Windows 12 are likely to appear in an existing or new thread.

    Performance and reliability has significantly improved with the new hardware requirements in WIndows 11 supported devices compared to Windows 10.

    Security has improved with the requirements to switch from BIOS legacy or BIOS UEFI with CSM to BIOS UEFI, Drive GPT, Secure boot, and TPM 2.0.

    So it would not be surprising to see additional hardware requirements to continue improvements in performance, reliability, and security.
