Selenium:How i can catch my child handle under Edge-ie Model?

when i use selenium to run autoTest under Edge-ie model, i can operate my first frame,but when i open the child frame of the first one ,i cannt catch the handle of it.

Can anyone tell me why and teach me how to solve it?
