msix-application won't start when offline

We have an msix-application that we install with AppInstaller on our users devices before we ship the devices. Whenever they start the app it checks for updates and updates if necessary which have been working fine. However, since the latest Windows Update for windows 11 (KB5011563) the app won't start if the device is not connected to the internet.
The only work-around we have found is to always be connected to the internet when starting the app and that is not a workable solution for us as our users quite often needs to use the app without internet access.

You need to check with the developer and run a test to debug and see what cause the problem.
