To obfuscate dotnet code in Visual Studio 2022 v17.1.3 , using preemtive obuscation community v6.5.0 tool , gives error :
Assembly could not be loaded. The type initializer for 'PreEmptive.Dotfuscator.Gui.WPF.TreeViewImages' threw an exception
the error occured when trying to add an input to select a .dll or .exe file.

I suggest you try to repair Visual Studio firstly, and I am considering if this issue is caused by some corrupted files/components, or this is a potential issue maybe.
