How can i migrate existing jobs in a pool to new pool in azure bacth accounts

As part of using Virtual machine configuration for creating new pools i have created new pool. can any one please guide me to migrate the existing jobs and tasks running in a pool (Existing)to new pool which is created using virtual machine configuration.

The process is to disable the currently running job, edit the job to target the new pool, and then to enable the job again.
