AFAIK, the last two builds are same for Dev and Beta, gives you chance to switch from Dev to Beta, if you like.
Which build you're on? If it's latest build, make sure to drop feedback about issues you're facing.

When is MS going to fix the debacle with windows insider BETA channel in regards to the latest builds watermark and frozen systray icons because a DEV build was released through the BETA Channel

@CmdrKeene 90,626 Reputation points Volunteer Moderator2022-04-09T21:27:59.837+00:00 The watermark is not designed to be removed and will always be shown when using insider beta/dev/preview builds. You can try to remove it with unsupported hacks, but that's "at your own risk".
The systray icons are no longer possible to be moved via drag-and-drop. This is intentional and by design. If you want to hide systray icons, you must now open Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > System Tray Icons, and then make the changes as you wish from there (basically back to the "Windows Vista method", the drag-drop that first introduced in Windows 7 is no longer possible). If you dislike this intentional design change, please be sure to submit your thoughts in the Feedback Hub.

In case they are known issue , it means Microsoft aware and will work to fix them and in case it is new issue , you may report it using the Feedback Hub app and you won't see these issues in the stable release.
