Hello,
I am facing an issue with app installation/updates including Microsoft Updates and drivers.

As for example - I can't download any Microsoft updates, it will stay 0% without a change and giving me and internet connection error or DNS error or "something went wrong" error; if I want to download an installation file for another pc using usb flash - staying 0% and never downloads.

If I want to install Battle.Net for instance - it will start installation process but it will drop due inability to download any needed files.

The internet is wonderful and it works for web searching or even playing other online games but as soon as it is something related to updates or installations which require files downloading or drivers to be downloaded all drops and never proceeds.

    Hello @Pau

To check in detail generate a Windows Update log using an admin Powershell and cmledt: "Get-WindowsUpdate.log"
Also review if you have any Windows Update policy interfering. Check, or share contents of: HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

    Regards,
