What Power Apps capabilities do I have with an E1 licence

I am a trustee of a small charity which has recently moved to O365. I would like to develop a few small apps to help the charity run efficiently, include mileage claims, timesheet submissions, and shift handover notes. There will be a small amount of approvals so I expect I will want to use the simple aspects of Power Automate. Some apps may have 5 users, others used once a month for about 25.
The charity has and E1 licence, if I develop these simple apps will the charity incur any additional costs?

In your scenario, with an E1 license, you have access to some Power Apps capabilities, primarily Power Apps for Office 365. With this license, you can build custom apps using data from SharePoint, Excel, and other Office 365 sources. You can also utilize Power Automate for automation tasks like approvals, notifications, and data processing. Since your charity has recently moved to O365 and you're looking to develop a few small apps to streamline processes like mileage claims, timesheet submissions, and shift handover notes, you should be able to do so within the capabilities of your E1 license without incurring additional costs. When considering fundraising ideas for nonprofits, leveraging technology like Power Apps and Power Automate can be beneficial. You might explore creating donation tracking apps, volunteer management systems, or event registration forms to enhance your fundraising efforts. These apps can help streamline processes and improve efficiency in managing donor information and fundraising events, ultimately contributing to the charity's success. However, it's crucial to keep in mind the licensing terms and conditions can change, so it's a good idea to double-check with Microsoft's official documentation or reach out to their support for the most accurate information. Additionally, as your usage scales, it's prudent to monitor any potential license upgrades that may become necessary to support additional users or features beyond the scope of the E1 license.
