    Hello 27611509,

According to your description, system could not boot after performing system restore from Windows home server.

The error code is 0xc000021a. You have tried to repair BCD file. This issue could be related to the driver signature or system file (such as dll) damaged。

Have your tried to boot into Safe Mode? If we could boot into Safe Mode, perform a clean boot then restart.

    1) you might need to boot through a Windows bootable USB.

    2) It will take you to an option screen. Select Troubleshoot to access the advance tools.

    3) From the next screen, choose the Advanced option.

    4) On the next screen, you will see a plenty of options. All you need to do is to click on Startup Settings

    5) On the startup screen, there would be a number of options to select from. Select Disable driver signature enforcement.

If the issue still insists, still boot from a Windows bootable USB. Then Select CMD option. Run the command below:

    sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows\

Some steps below could be also helpful.
