Logitech Tap MTR with Intel NUC won't update to the latest build.

I have a Tap that will not update to the latest build. It's stuck on Teams app 4.9.12.0 and a Windows version of 10.0.19042.1586. I believe that I have all the latest Intel updates, and Window's update says that it is up to date. I've powershelled the latest Teams version twice, and it looks like the script runs, but it stays on 4.9.12.0. Any ideas what else I can try to update it. The unit is new, and is logitech version 2 of the MTR platform.

By this, do you mean you have already followed the document below to manually install the update?
Manually update a Microsoft Teams Rooms deviceIf this is the case, may I know if you have tried rebooting the device after running the script and checked the result?
