No SNDS data
We're having trouble sending mail and getting answers from the Microsoft team.
I have added all of our IP's to Smart Network Data Service, those IP's are authorized.
"Blocked due to user complaints or other evidence of spamming"
But when I look at "view data" all that I see is "No data for specified IPs on this date" - to whatever date I select.
Is there any insight as to why and how we can get any data there?
The servers have proper DKIM, DMARC, SPF and RDNS setup. They are not an open relay, don't send emails in bulk, nor do the users send spam.
I suspect is due to my provider having their IP/ASN blacklisted - but without any data there is not much I can do.
