Review + create tab does not load data

Hi,
I am trying to create new resource 'Free SQL Server License: SQL 2019 Developer on Windows Server 2019'. I am able to fill all tabs data i.e. Basic, Disk, networking etc. but when Review + create tab data doesn't load data continuously showing loading not able to create resource. i have tried with different browser and clearing all cache memory still not working.

    That must be something special with your computer and/or network/browser configuration that blocks loading all nessecary ressources. Here on my side... everything works fine
    or do you missed an important message, like "you reached the limit of available cores in that subscription for that region"... i had some situation where this doesn't lead to a red X on the tab.
