Problem with running SC DPM snap-in

Question

Hi!
I am a new administrator in my company. My account is included in the Domain Administrators group.
On the DPM System Center server, I cannot run the MS System Center 2012 R2 Data Protection Manager snap-in.
When I try to start, I get the error message 948 (in attachnebt).

Another administrator with the same rights runs the snap-in without problems.
I ask for help. What can be done to solve the problem?
