I am trying to login to my work id using authenticator app. But I am not able to sign in . Also my Phone number is not associated with my Microsoft account.
I am not able to work due to this. Please look into the issue on priority.
Currently I have signed in using my personal id, please help me sign in through my work id using authenticator.

Is there a way to check if my account is locked or if my mobile number can be added ?
I recently changed my phone, since then it is causing this issue.
