    Hi @MD REEHAN RUHULLAH

Have you tried the latest PC Health Check app?
If not get it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications

Many users have stated this and if you have checked up on all the requirements like processor too then you can use the update assistance tool to get the Windows 11. Make sure you have 8th gen processors.

    Windows 11 supported Intel processors

You may try download and install the PC Health Check app.
    Take a look at:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-the-pc-health-check-app-9c8abd9b-03ba-4e67-81ef-36f37caa7844
It will show the compatibility status, in case your CPU is not supported, it means you won't be able to install Windows 11.
You may share the model of your CPU in the Feedback Hub app and request for it to be supported.
